What I Believe
I believe that all love is divine and I respect all relationships. I welcome everyone of all faiths, beliefs, cultures and traditions. Any two people who are deeply in love and have pledged their commitment to each other should be allowed to marry as long as they are aware of, and have respect for, all the rights and responsibilities that come with marriage.
When choosing an officiant to perform your ceremony, you want someone who respects your relationship and listens to you. Someone who understands your needs and wishes, and incorporates them into your ceremony. As your celebrant, I promise all this and more. Here's what you can expect from me: trust, empathy, compassion, creativity, warmth, humor and friendship.
| "A good motivation is what is needed: compassion without dogmatism, without complicated philosophy; just understanding that others are human brothers and sisters and respecting their human rights and dignities. That we humans can help each other is one of our unique human capacities." The Dalai Lama |
